My Goal in Rhinoplasty: No-Bruise Rhinoplasty

The most important goals for me in rhinoplasty are:

A natural result: There is no need to make an exaggerated change to have plastic surgery. The result of the surgery should create a natural appearance that is compatible with the person’s face.
Permanent results: The results obtained after the surgery should be preserved for many years. Encountering noses that change shape and tip droop over time is disappointing for both the patient and the surgeon.
Fast recovery: It is important for patients to be able to return to their social lives in a short time after surgery. Living with swelling for a long period of time, such as a year, can be both psychologically and socially exhausting.
Preventing progressive thinning: Progressive thinning, defined as the thinning and shape change of the nasal tissue over time, can lead to undesirable results in the long term. For this reason, we try to prevent this situation by using techniques that will cause the least damage to the tissues during surgery.

In line with these goals, I constantly improve myself to provide the best service to my patients.

How do I achieve these goals?

I have developed a special tool to reduce bruising and swelling: I use a specially designed tool to process the bones more precisely. Thanks to this, my patients experience almost no bruising or swelling. In fact, my patients call this method “No-Bruise Rhinoplasty”.

Closed surgery technique: I prefer the closed surgery method for faster recovery and more natural results. This method provides a more detailed field of view for the surgeon and shortens the recovery process for the patient.

Subperichondrial dissection: Thanks to this technique I developed, I do not damage the soft tissues by working under the nasal cartilages. In this way, I prevent problems such as thinning of the nasal skin over time. In addition, thanks to this method, I can better control the nasal skin and achieve a more natural appearance.

In this way, my patients can return to their social lives in a short time after surgery and achieve permanent results for many years.
