A video fell in front of me the other day. A doctor was bragging about finishing the surgery in an hour. Wait a minute, that’s nothing to brag about. My haircut takes an hour. I go back a month later. For us, time is never a criterion. Time should be unimportant until the operation is good. Even a surgeon should not put a consultation immediately after an operation. He should not perform the operation in a remote place. He should always leave a safety period.

If there are 20 patients waiting for you or if you are going to perform 5 operations, even if you do not like that operation at once, the surgeon may hesitate to do it even if an extra half-hour procedure is required.

Therefore, if the surgical time is not short, I think it should never be something to boast about. An operation is finished when it is beautiful. It does not end when it is an hour.
